Silly Odyssey Improvisation for Ages 18+
Summer School Holidays Workshop
In this workshop, participants will learn the narrative improv format ‘Silly Odyssey’ from Australian Improv champion, Tom North.
The exercises are designed to help participants build up their storytelling skills and how to maximise their fun without losing track of the story.
Throughout the session you will be focusing on quickly finding your character’s motivation, world-building and story structure. In doing so, you will find the space to get wild and weird with the offers given to you, and still end up with a story that makes sense.

Tom North has been improvising around Sydney since 2018, with a three year stint on ITS House Teams and now produces and performs in the narrative improv show Silly Odyssey. He’s performed at the ITS Comedy Festival, BIF, Science Week, Sydney Fringe and more.
