Accelerate for Ages 16 – 18

Semester 1 Term-Based Drama Workshops

Designed for aspiring performers aged 16 – 18, Accelerate is a drama workshop that prepares students for the next stage of their theatrical journey.

In 2025, the curriculum includes advanced scene work, site-specific theatre, creating a short film alongside an industry professional, and collaborating on a play directed by an industry expert. Students will refine their craft and gain valuable insights into the professional world of drama.

Beyond the annual showcase, participants will take part in external presentations, giving them the chance to perform in unique settings and share their work with a wider audience.

This workshop is perfect for students looking to pursue further study or a career in the performing arts, offering them a strong foundation and professional-level experience.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

🔸 Semester Discount: Book Semester 1 (Terms 1 & 2) upfront to receive a significant discount and secure your place in your preferred class day and time across both terms. Students are also welcome to enrol for the Term only, if flexibility on a term-by-term basis is required.

🔸 Sibling Discounts: We offer discounts for families who enrol more than one child in any of our Studio Q courses including Starting Out, Stepping Up, Ignite or Accelerate. Please note, this discount is valid when siblings from the same family enrol in the same term or semester, and applies to the second child onwards. Sibling discounts are only available through Box Office over the phone or in-person.
